Your remedies for constitutional rights
are in the de jure courts.
The de facto courts, which can also
be referenced as equity courts, cannot address
issues of law, only statutory issues.
The De jure courts can address the law issues
and, consequently, Constitutional issues,
not to go against the constitutions,
but to uphold them

Since western, even eastern law began,
most have recognized the sanctity
of the individual, especially under the influence
of Greek Platonic philosophy.
In this philosophy basic rights or conditions
of liberty exist, such as the right to own property,
think and act freely without hindrance.
The act of subsuming oneself to a collective
authority and agreement to abide by the collective
laws of the body, tribe, city state, nation
joined in return for the protection of the self
by the aforesaid, were the basis of the Social Contract
but the act of affirmation wherein,
the free individual subsumed himself
and his property to a collective Sociality,
were only legal and binding if he chose to do so.
Any hint of coercion or force would be
an act against the person and which together,
with his private possessions constituted his
Personal Estate and his ability in natural law
and conditions of life to leave his body
and possessions to his heirs, and they their's
in their turn.
This after all is the very basis
of British Common Law
and Roman Republican law

It seems very likely that the real reward
for the increasing use of traffic cameras is not
better safety on the streets, but higher revenues
for the state.
Though expensive to purchase, these traffic
systems generate so many apparently uncontestable
tickets so quickly that they (the systems)
virtually pay for themselves in the first year
of operation.
After that, it's pure profit for the government.
In October 2002, when the Mayor
of Washington DC admitted that his
city's traffic cameras produced "money & safety,"

In a Debtor's RICO action against its creditor,
alleging that the creditor had collected an unlawful debt,
an interest rate
(where all loan charges were added together)
that exceeded, in the language of the RICO Statute,
"twice the enforceable rate."
The Court found no reason to impose a requirement
that the Plaintiff show the Defendant had been
convicted of collecting an unlawful debt,
running a "loan sharking" operation.
The debt included the fact that exaction
of a usurious interest rate rendered the debt
unlawful and that is all that is necessary
to support the Civil RICO action.

into the House.
This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing
& Record of Sale Act of 2009.
Even gun shop owners didn't know about
this because it is flying under the radar.
Basically this would make it illegal
to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip
or ANY pistol Unless ...

A Texas Grand Jury can only indict a criminal
below the grade of felony.
Then It has to be certified to the county
common law court of the people.
THE STATE CAN'T MOVE AGAINST
THE people WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT..
All felony crimes must be tried
in the Common-Law court.
