Individual sovereignty was recognized
by the Supreme Court of the United States
in Chisholm v Georgia (A.D. 1793).
This nation was intended by the Founders
to be a nation of "kings" (the people)
and "public servants" (the government).
The Resulting law form was not simply revolutionary,
but virtually unprecedented
since at least the time of Judges in the Old Testament
