may be prepared and filed
with the Department of Health,
as provided by law,
for 1)
a person born in Hawaii
who already has a birth certificate filed
with the Department of Health
or 2)
a person born in a foreign country.
The "Certificate of Live Birth"
posted on Obama's website,
Factcheck.org
and the Daily KOS
doesn't prove anything,
simply because someone
born in a foreign country
could file for an amended certificate .
Obama's sister Maya was born in Jakarta,
Indonesia, but Anna Dunham registered
her as "born in Honolulu"
shortly after her birth.
So Maya has a State of Hawaii
Certificate of Live Birth,
just like Obama :
