Recently, President Barack Obama
took center stage during graduation
ceremonies for the U.S. Military
Academy's Class of 2010 and
preached his message for the creation
of a new "international order" to about
1,000 new officers.
President Obama pledged
to shape a new, international order
based on global cooperation and
partnerships that address not just
military, but also economic and
environmental challenges.
While making his comments to men
and women very likely to serve and
command in Iraq, Afghanistan or other
theaters of the Global War on Terrorism,
Obama stressed the differences between
his warfighting strategy and that of his
predecessor, President George W. Bush.
Right out of the gate,
President Obama made certain to
distinguish Bush's foreign policy as
a "go-it-alone" approach.
Obama told the graduating cadets,
"The U.S. must shape a world order
as reliant on the force of diplomacy
as on the might of its military to lead."
Obama told the cadets, family members
and guests that "all hands are required
to solve the world's newest threats :
terrorism, the spread of nuclear weapons,
climate change and feeding and caring
for a growing population."

(imported from Soviet Union) aka
Direct Instruction, Mastery Learning,
Outcomes/Performance/Results-based
Education.
This method is necessary
for global work force training
(school-to-work) and brainwashing
for a politically correct society.
It has been used successfully
in China since the revolution in 1948.
U.S. Secretary of Education
Arne Duncan has (with U.K.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown)
recently called for implementation
of lifelong "community education"
referred to in the early seventies
by a community educator as
"the Chinese communist system".
The Community Oriented
Policing System (COPS) in Bath
and Brunswick, Maine calls for police
to give medals to citizens doing good
deeds (good deeds to be determined
by the police.)
We are in big trouble
when the United States is "educationally"
in bed with Russia and China, countries
which rely on this method to "train" and
"brainwash" their citizens and students.
The United States has also
implemented the method under
\the labels "direct instruction, mastery
learning, and OBE", but, unfortunately,
most Americans, even conservative
American education researchers, do not
understand that the "direct instruction"
method is based on Pavlovian/Skinnerian
operant conditioning, so there has been no
effort made to remove this rat training method
from the repertoire of teacher training
